Childhood Fluency: Guest Post at PlayingWithWords365

Today I have the privilege of guest posting over at Playing With Words 365!  We are talking about childhood stuttering, including information, warning signs, and things you can do at home to help!  There may even be a freebie involved!

So head on over to Katie's blog and check it out!  :)  Happy Monday (first day back to school for me)!!

  1. Hey Lauren, I loved the post. Especially since I just started treating a young girl who stutters. Mom was happy to have some tips as I shared the freebie you posted on Playing with Words 365. However, the freebie is gender specific and I am treating a female patient. I know stuttering is more common in boys, but I think the mom would have loved something more neutral. She commented that I had mistakenly typed "he/him" instead of "she/her". A little suggestion for the future!

    1. Thanks for the feedback Emily! I guess it's just a habit, since I hate writing "they" lol. If you email me at busybeespeech@gmail.com I can send you a more neutral one. :) Thanks
